The WINNEVS 2 project is a result of the cooperation and motivation of partner organisations from Armenia, Bulgaria, Germany, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Turkey and France to unite their efforts in promotion and encouraging youth voluntary activities in Programme and Partner countries, with the purpose to create preconditions for strengthening the intercultural dialogue and developing the youth policies in the region.
In the period of 4 months 8 volunteers will be actively involved in youth activities and initiatives in the town of Razlog, Bulgaria, where they will meet their cultural identity, values and perceptions and will share them with young people from the region. Volunteers will have the chance to enrich their knowledge and experience in project development and implementation on national and international level.
A training course for multipliers of significant youth topics will be introduced to the volunteers, including non-formal methods and coaching ( seminars, role plays, simulations, thematic presentations, field work, etc.). The competences obtained during the training will be transferred and implemented in their sending organisations and throughout youngsters from their own countries.
Main objectives of the project are:
1) to encourage active youth participation and to increase the capacity for personal and professional development of the volunteers; to upgrade the cooperation in the field of youth policies between European organisations and organisations from partner countries;
2) to enhance the intercultural dialogue among young people from different countries and to promote European values, which will lead to more effective social and cultural integration.
